Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using credira.co (the "Site"), or engaging Credira for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
Credira provides website design, development and related digital services for small businesses, including Starter Presence, Business Presence, Signature Presence and optional Website Care packages. Every project is scoped and quoted individually before work begins, at a fixed price, with no hidden fees.
Project Scope & Quotes
Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for each project are agreed separately in writing (for example, via a proposal or agreement) before work begins. These Terms govern general use of the Site and do not replace a signed project agreement.
Client Ownership
Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive full ownership and access to their completed website, in line with the scope agreed for their package.
The 6-Month Content Launch Roadmap
Where included in a package, the Content Launch Roadmap consists of one set of content themes and ideas for six months, plus one training/handover session. It is not ongoing content creation or social media management, and Credira does not commit to ongoing content execution under this offering.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
Intellectual Property
Content on this Site, including the Credira name, logo and brand assets, is owned by Credira unless otherwise noted. Client project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to third-party websites (such as booking tools or client project examples). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability
Credira provides the Site and general information "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credira is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
